Oval dish of soft-paste porcelain, standing on a flat base, steep sides flaring widely towards rim, the rim, having six large lobes and six small, moulded with tied ribbons, garlands and foliage and with slight fluting effect to central cavetto; the rim painted with groupings of wild flowers including violets, dog-roses, primroses, forget-me-nots and wild strawberries, these flowers festooned by palm-type canopies of dark green and gilt, with gilt relief tied ribbons separating the groupings and gilding to outer rim.
