Dessert plate, soft-paste porcelain,'duck egg' type with greenish translucency, slight green tinge to the glaze, moulded and jiggered, shallow foot and plain everted rim; the centre painted in polychrome enamels with an open-sided basket, overflowing with garden flowers, on a background of earth, grass and flowering plants; cavetto decorated with band of scrolled and seeded gilding; gilt dentil border to rim.
