Navy blue wool flannel petticoat with white vertical stripes, gathered into a red and blue gingham checked waistband, plain woven light brown tape sewn to the waistband, this is damaged and a black plain woven cotton tape has been sewn on to use as a tie instead, hem is trimmed with a khaki green wool twill tape attached on the inside with 2 lines of running stitch.
