Saucer, hard-paste porcelian, standing on a foot rim, spreading sides, everted lip; decorated with a harbour scene comprising multiple figures, two on horse back, boats and packages, framed by a gilt cartouche surrounded by purple and iron-red scrolling, ornamental gilt border to lip, underside with three sprays of flowers and leaves in polychrome.
