Nine pages attached with a paperclip. Typed in black ink on cream paper. Two-page report by the H.M. Inspector/Medical Inspector of Factories into the health and safety issues relating to the use of silica dust in brick making at Gwernsyllt Silica Brick Co. Ltd., Gwersyllt near Wrexham. This is accompanied by seven medical examination reports from the company's Gwersyllt works and Pant works carried out between 1932 - 1936.
