Mr T.S. Roberts congratulating Mr E.R. Radway who was leaving the service of the British Transport Docks Board. He was the Chief Docks Engineer for the South Wales Ports from 1965 to February 1971 and oversaw major docks developments such as the new Ro-Ro ferry terminal at Swansea, the new timber yards at Newport and the £20 million Deep Water Harbour at Port Talbot. The luncheon took place at the Angel Hotel, Cardiff.
