Roman copper alloy plate
Fragments of two rectangular plates. As each plate has one curved edge it is unlikely that they are blank identity plates although their general similarity to that from Wall, Staffordshire, is noteworthy. They may have served as a narrow bindind strip to protect a small rectangular object such as a box but there is no obvious means of attachment.
