Casgliadau Arlein

Pot-lid, earthenware, circular shape with cylindrical flange and convex top; the upperside of the lid decorated with an underglaze polychrome transfer-print of 'The Snow Drift', showing a snowy scene with a sheep dog by the side of a sheep half-buried in the snow, the scene enclosed by a circular dotted border. The glaze crazed, some wear to the flange.
