Wedding dress from Llandderfel, 1878. Consisting of bodice, skirt and overskirt. Made from satin, corded silk ribbon and lace. Bodice of cream satin trimmed with blue corded silk ribband and edged with deckle braid lace. Rectangular neckline, pagoda sleeves lined with cream satin ribband. Narrow waist and small basque. Skirt of plain white satin. Straight in front and pleated and gathered at the back.Overskirt with tapes beneath to support folds over bustle. From Llandderfel, 1878
