This is the extremely poorly preserved inhumation burial of an Older Middle Adult (33-45 years) who's sex is undetermined They were buried in an extended supine position in a simple grave orientated Southwest-Northeast.
The burial is from Phase D: 436-772 AD
Their bones had signs of Degenerative Joint Disease from continuous mechanical strain. They also had a kidney stone which doesn't seem to have been kept with the assemblage. There was no evidence to suggest any complications with these stones that could have contributed to the individual's death.
The burial is associated by proximity with SK172
