Coffee pot and cover, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a foot rim, pear-shaped body, a globular body with long thin neck, folded spout with moulded scroll decoration, scroll handle with thumb piece, domed gover with applied bud finial; decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt, opposite the handle with three figures in a garden, a couple standing in the centre, the male wearing a dark purple jacket and a yellow waistcoat, the woman with a purple bodice, to right third figure, female, seated, wearing a red skirt with basket full of fruit, trees behind, standing on a curved gilt platform with scrolling, foliage and patternwork, two sprigs eitherside of handle, gilt border to foot rim, ornamental gilt border to neck, gilt hightlights to handle and spout, metal band to handle; cover decorated with a landscape with a seated female dressed in yellow, tree to right, standing on a gilt, curved platform, opposite two sprigs, gilt border to rim.
