Indenture printed in black ink on off-white paper with handwritten details in black ink. Indenture for the conveyance of freehold property No. 3 Schoolroom Row, Pengarnddu, Dowlais. Conveyance of property from Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds Limited to Mr John Sawyers and Mrs Hannah Sawyers. Dated 12th February, 1930. Also contained within the conveyance is a handwritten note re. the completion of the purchase, On the other side of the note is a handwritten address (D.W Jones & Co.) and a postage stamp in the top left hand corner.
