An annular glass bead, it is blue with an opaque white wave pattern. (Guido 1978, 64, Class 7, Group 5A) They are noted to have a wide distribution and were used over many years with examples known from fourth/third century BC contexts right through to the late Roman period and beyond.

Nodiadau: Excavations undertaken during the summers of 2019, 2021 and 2022 at Porth-y-Rhaw coastal promontory fort, Solva, Pembrokeshire (SAM PE-273), revealing occupation and finds of Iron Age and Romano-British date. The project was funded by Cadw, the Nineveh Charitable Trust, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority and The National Trust. The entire archive for this excavation was created and stored in digital format and is not held by Amgueddfa Cymru - Museum Wales.
