Navy blue napped finish wool policeman's trousers; 3 black plastic button closure; pocket below waistband on proper right; hip pocket either side; 6 black plastic buttons on top of waistband for securing braces; top of trousers at back forms a V shape; back pocket on proper left side; waistband lined with plain weave cream cotton; pockets constructed of a heavier khaki coloured twill.
