Sauce tureen, cover, and stand, soft-paste porcelain; tureen standing on a shallow pedestal base, rounded sides to shoulder, concave curve to lip; two upturned double spindle handles with floret discs; raised flat topped conical cover with beaded moulding and pineapple finial; stand on a tapered foot rim, curving into slightly cushion moulded and curved spreading sides; tureen painted on each side with the botanical specimen named above, in red, green, blue, purple and pink enamels; gilt handles, gilt bands to foot rim, shoulder and lip; cover painted with a botanical specimen in purple, yellow and green enamels, gilt finial and lip; stand painted with two botanical specimens around the edge in pink, green, and blue enamels; gilt band to cavetto and lip.
