Casgliadau Arlein

Pair of large steel tailoring shears with a piece of woven braid wrapped around one handle. Remnants of black paint on handles. Used by William Jenkins, a master tailor who worked from his home on Mardy Street, Grangetown, Cardiff (possibly no 37). He was a master tailor, born in Newport and trained in Swansea.
