The ampulla is fragmentary, represented by the neck only (with a surviving length of 34.9mm and a weight of 22.3g containing sediment). The neck is open near the mouth and closed near the body. The mouth is slightly expanded (with a surviving width of 25.0mm). The sides are straight and parallel and have an oval section (23mm wide and 11.7mm thick). The stubs from the broken loops are evident beginning 3.8mm above the break and have a length of 10-12mm (2-3mm internal). One face of the neck is more convex than the other and has the remnants of weakening ribs emanating from the body and suggesting a scallop motif on the obverse face.
