Standing is position (martial art?) with left leg forward and right leg behind, arms stretched out in front, looks like would have been holding a staff or a weapon. Wearing cream/white cotton shorts, white/cream shirt and short sleeved jacket belted at the waist with navy blue stitching around sleeves and back of jacket. White/cream headband around black wig. Hole on underside of each heel indicated it had a stand.
