Small red, white and blue beret with a central tassel in red, white and blue thread. Constructed from six triangular panels of synthetic fabric (two each of red,white and blue). Elastic has been drawn through the channel formed by the turn-back of the outer edge of the resulting circle. The sewing machine seams use white thread to join the panels together but a combination of white (outside) and red (inside) on the double-seam creating the outer turn-back.
