Photocopies of 2 newspaper cuttings relating to Bridgend. One of the cuttings (headed 'German Generals' Departure') is centred around the departure of P.o.W. German Nazi Generals, who had been kept at Island Farm P.o.W. camp, and Bridgend's Stationmaster Mr. W. H. Hills's speach bidding them farewell. The other cutting is headed 'Presentations to Bridgend Railway Officials'.
