Polystyrene wig stand, used to hold wig worn by drag queen Marcia Bassey Jones. Marcia was a mainstay on the Cardiff drag scene from the mid-1980s performing in venues such as the Tunnel, Wow and Minsky’s.

Wig stand in the shape of a bald head and neck, bearing female features, set on a circular base. All moulded from Styrofoam. Small, wedge-shaped remains of a manufacturer's (?) label, made from printed paper, adhered to front of neck.
