Silver-gilt brooch frame.
The frame from a hexagonal openwork brooch. The frame is decorated with six brambled acorn knops, and the back is flat. At one point on the frame there is a cast restriction in the hoop, for the pin (missing). The frame is slightly misshapen, and broken at the restriction of the pin.
