Jug, from a cabaret service, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain, with a green translucency; standing on a ridged pedestal foot, bulbous ovoid shape, upright collar with wide spout, slightly flaring at lip; high loop handle moulded with palmettes and reeded on upper part, terminating with a palmette; painted with diagonal rows of three pink roses alternating with three gilt c-scrolls and red berries, all below a gilt c-scroll border; gilt dotted and c-scrolled border to collar and inside spout; gilt detail to handle; gilt scalloped edge to lip, and gilt bands to foot.
