Badge 'G(end)er Swap'.
G(end)er Swap recalls "These two badge designs were made for our G(end)er Swap Self Care Series: a series of online workshops to support trans people with makeup, style and self-care resources during the pandemic. The series ran from February to June 2021 and was funded by Metro Charity and Comic Relief. The white badge with our slogan on it: Be Whoever, Wear Whatever was design by Meg (known as @megemiko on Instagram) who is a trans non binary artist based in the USA. They are known worldwide for their LGBTQ+ apparel designs and for raising money for various LGBTQ+ BAME charities. The designs started off for social media posting, later hoodie designs and finally badges. Lot’s of these badges were sent out in our self-care packages we sent out to trans people in 2021 when many folks still could not travel or attend physical community events".
