Doll's head with cone shell-shaped body, possibly a Christmas decoration

Celluloid doll's head with painted features and painted pale blue eyes and a curl of real hair (blonde) on forehead. Gauze and lace neck ruffle framing the head which supported by a collar of white card, is inserted into a cone of white and glitter paper, shell shaped. The gold band encircling the base has a silk bow attached.
