The tram which carries the dressed slates is four-sided as distinct from another, open-ended type seen in the middle distance. Small trams on narrow gauge railways transported the finished slates from the quarries to the ports; to Bangor, to Portmadoc and Port Dinorwic.'' Mounted on card.
