Waiter, tin-plate, circular form with flaring sides and spreading rim; the underside covered with a black japan, the upperside covered with a deep blue japan and decorated with an all-over design in gilt of meandering lines issuing stylized flowers and leaves surrounding oval medallions containing further flowers, leaves and interlinked designs.
