Includes five pages of text and one page with drawing showing panoramic view titled 'Porthcawl Harbour Docks & Railways and Proposed New Town The Aber Coal Co.'. A list of port charges is given with information as to depth of water, width of entrance, and marking of principle channel by day and night. Included are some reproduced letters of commendation for the Aber Coals, from various sea captains as to the use in the ships boilers and the good condition on arrival of coal carried as cargo to Valparaiso in Central Chile.
