Luncheon for Mr T.S. Roberts (Director, South Wales Ports Director) and W.H. Stradling (Accountant) who retired from Associated British Ports on 31st December 1975. Mr Roberts immediately took up the position of Deputy Chairman of the Welsh Development Agency. The luncheon took place at Newport Docks following a meeting of the South Wales Local Board.
