Samian bowl sherds, form Dr37. S225 is Central Gaulish - a rather pale orange-buff ware with a matt light orange/red slip. The deep, slightly everted, rim-band, has a very pronounced lip. There is a neat double ovolo with a beaded tongue and rosette tip. S226 is also Central Gaulish and has a similar pale fabric but a little more pink and with a glossy slip. There is a basal wreath between small acanthus leaves. There are panels with a tiny chevron leaf and a 7-beaded rosette in field. Two panels seem to have an X-form arrangement.
Dr 37 is a hemispherical decorated bowl
