Wood and iron lever-type cheese press. Long wooden bench on four short legs, supporting three vertical wooden posts joined at tip by one horizontal bar. The inner edges of the vertical posts are split and perforated to accomodate iron pegs to hold circular wooden sinkers in position. Extra weight provided with iron weights suspended from wrought iron arms hinged to levers which ultimately rest on iron pegs.
