A paper bill made out to Mr J. M. Parker for purchases made at J. Hepworth & Son, tailor, Neath, on 9 April 1930 for £15-16. The bill was for a jacket and vest, trousers and hat and were purchased for the funeral of the donor's great-grandmother - Mrs E. Richards of 44 New Henry Street Neath. Two red, one penny, George V stamps attached to the bottom of the bill.
