A copper alloy rumbler or crotal bell with initials.
The bell is sub-spherical in shape with an integrally cast suspention hoop at the apex, and an apeture at the bottom. There is a protruding horizontal band at the widest part of the body. On the upper hemisphere are two opposing large circular perforations, either side of the suspension hoop. On the lower hemisphere is an apeture formed of a slot with circular ends. The lower hemishere is decorated with a single multi petalled flower with a large pistil, within which are the capital letters MK (or possibly WK, KW or KM).
The 'pea' for rattling is still present.
