Casgliadau Arlein

Presentation to Police Constable Greenwood at the newly opened Cardiff Docks police station. PC Greenwood was a top student at the police training school, Bridgend, and received a dictionary as a mark of his achievement. Congratulated by a fellow student, Superintendent Voyle, Chief Inspector Race of British Transport Police (South Wales Docks division) and Inspector Bramley of Cardiff Docks Police.
