A triple-towered, embattled castle, the crenellations of the wall and towers charged alternately with a lion’s head, a fleur-de-lis, a rose and a cross. A rose and a fleur-de-lis also ornament the walls of masonry to either side of the central gate, whilst each tower is pierced by a quatrefoil opening.
