Dish, earthenware, circular shape with straight-sided tapering foot-rim and rounded curving sides; transfer-printed in brown with to the interior of the dish an all over pattern of scattered sea shells and spreading seaweed on a speckled brown ground, to the centre of the well a small circular panel containing a group of shells and narrow feathery seaweed, an orange-brown edge to the rim.
