Badge: Sea Scout Tenderfoot Pointed oval badge of tabby fabric (blue yarns in one, black yarns in the other weave direction; ribbed weave with black yarns more visible on surface of weave); edges finished with overlocking stitches using purple thread; lined with black cellulosic tabby woven fabric; machine embroidered in red and yellow: scout emblem in red with yellow stars, below is an inscription band framed in red, and reading: 'BOY SCOUTS' in yellow thread. On lower right edge, there are remains of black thread which may have been used to attach badge to garment.
