Lease typed in black ink on off-white paper. Four pages held together with a split pin. Lease of the old coal seam between the top and bottom beds under Cwmnantddu in Abersychan. Leased from Arthur Moss esq. and another acting by Mrs Ruth Julia Margarette Tenison to Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. Dated 26th March 1934. Also stapled to the lease is a letter (on headed paper) from the Pontypool Park Estate and a page of typed details re. the lease.
