"The London" needle case. Green leather case with silver imprint of Westminster Bridge, St. Thomas' Hospital and the Houses of Parliament and an inscription on front. Back cover had imprint of Cleopatra's needle in b/w. Inner section has views of the Albert Memorial and Crystal Palace again b/w reproduction prints and thus opens to a flat surface where examples of various sizes of needles with length of green silk ribbon for sealing.
