Series of booklets giving information on the Traffic Commissioners' notices & proceedings bound together in a black hard back cover. Stamp mark on title page of each booklet with the words 'Rhondda Transport Co. Ltd' and a received date corresponding to that particular booklet. Number of pages in each booklet varies with additional loose paper inbetween some pages.
