Police officer's pocket book enclosed in brown cardboard cover with 'MONMOUTHSHIRE CONSTABULARY' printed across the top. Black elastic band inserted through the bottom which can be streched around the book to keep it closed.
3 sections inside - a red section relating to motor cars, a yellow section for 'Person Wanted', a section of plain ruled paper issued to 'SC Wm Price on 10/2/40.
