Amgueddfa Cymru
Roughly quadrangular pillar-stone, with 5th - 6th century Latin inscription. During the 10th - 11th century period, the stone was inverted and the original butt carved with a ring cross outlined in pecked double grooves with central bars, surmounted by four concentric triangles. The lower one conforms to the curved top of the ring cross, forming an expanded-arm cross. Below the crosses is a panel outlined by a single pecked groove, its lower edge coinciding with the first upright of the N in VENDONI. The left side of the pillar has a pecked groove parallel to its back edge; part of the face and the right side have been damaged by dressing.
