Photocopy of three page report 'Shipping Casualties Section. Trade Division. Report of an interview with the Chief Officer Mr W.H. Kell, S.S. BARON DECHMONT'. Confidential report on the sinking of the ship given by one of the survivors. Cutting of survivor's report stuck onto last page. Reverse of last page has summary of statements by survivors produced by US Navy Department, Washington. The ship was torpedoed by U Boat 3 January 1943.
