Casgliadau Arlein

This artist could be one of three sons (Samuel, Henry and William Brocas) by Henry Brocas, the celebrated Irish landscape painter. Both father and sons were influential in the development of nineteenth century landscape painting in Ireland, and became important figures in the Irish print trade.
