Bowl, earthenware, standing on a tapering foot-rim, deep curving sides; transfer-printed in blue with to the interior bottom of the bowl the 'Women with baskets' pattern, two female figures carry baskets in the foreground, while besides them a male figure dips his foot into a pond, in the background is a rural landscape with trees, a mill and a church in the distance, the same pattern repeated on the exterior sides of the bowl, wide border of flower heads and foliage on a blue ground to the interior lip-rim.
