Tall hat, part of complete costume. Thick plush black beaver silk covering; slightly tapering crown. Crown lined with nylon net, top lined with silk, stamped in gold with Prince of Wales feathers and belt, and NEW VENTILATOR; inner band lining of stiffened brown silk , and originally with drawstring. Slight wear on brim edge; Black velvet ribbon hat band. Good condition.
