Black leather hardback cover with patterned border. The ledger contains pre-printed pages, with columns and headers printed in black and red ink. Details are filled in by hand in black and red ink. Also attached thoughout the ledger are approximately 50 plans. The plans are copied from ordnance survey maps (as stated at the front of the ledger) with hand drawn details, on pale blue paper.
