Handwritten in black and red ink on cream paper. Contains a wax seal. Three pages held together with ribbon. Contains a counterpart lease of a piece of land at Cwmbran for a brickyard - leased by Mr Joseph Robinson Esq (and his mortgagees) to Mr Henry Parfitt. Dated 12th June 1874. Also includes a counterpart agreement modifying the lease, dated October 5th 1878. 86.171I/575 - 591 are contained within a card document wallet.
