Casgliadau Arlein

Sampler of cream plain weave woollen ground fabric with polychrome silk cross stitch embroidery. Four blue threads run down the sampler at either edge. The top and bottom edges have been hemmed. The embroidery features plants, trees and flowers, birds and a large central stag. The maker's name and date run along the bottom.
