Letters re. Guest Keen & Nettlefolds properties
Fifteen letters and two plans contained within a brown envelope. twelve letters re. the Pentwyn Estate and Great Western Railway boundary fence. Includes letters from Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd (Cwmbran Works). Dated August to November 1906. One plan is drawn in black ink and coloured felt pen, on pale blue waxed paper. The other is drawn on yellow paper. Also included within the envelope are three letters relating to the Pentwyn Estate royalties. Dated May 1909.
